The heat side of things These lamps have to hit a very specific temperature to stretch PET preforms correctly. We tweaked the tungsten filament geometry so it reaches that target heat faster. The result? Your cycle times drop. They fit exactly where the originals go, but we changed the internal gas mixture. This slows down the filament evaporation, which is a fancy way of saying the lamp simply lasts longer before it gives up. Built to take a beating Standard quartz is brittle. In a high-speed industrial environment, it cracks. We switched to a reinforced quartz blend that’s much tougher than the OEM glass. We also spent a lot of time on the connectors. If a connection is loose, you get arcing, and the end caps fry. We precision-machined these to ensure a tight, snug fit. Plus, we beefed up the seal. When your production line is shaking at high speeds, a strong seal is the only thing keeping the lamp from failing prematurely.
