Here’s the thing about mold. It loves stagnant, humid air and surfaces that stay damp for hours. Standard heaters just warm up the air. Our lamps are different. The energy they put out actually penetrates the surface of your tiles and grout. It warms the walls themselves, which forces the trapped water to evaporate almost instantly. By keeping your walls dry and warm, you’re basically starving the mold. It can’t root itself in your grout if there’s no dampness to hold onto.
Creating a “Dry Zone”

A few things to keep in mind
